Privacy Policy for Rehab Rounds

Rehab Rounds ("the app") is developed by Caper Productions AB ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the app handles your information. The short version: the app keeps everything on your device and does not collect, transmit, or share any of your data.

Information we collect

We do not collect any personal data. Rehab Rounds has no user accounts, no servers, and no analytics or tracking. We never see your information.

Everything you enter stays on your device:

• Exercises you create (names, repetition counts, order).
• Photos you add to exercises.
• Reminder times and notification settings.
• Session history (the dates and times you completed your rehab sessions).

This data is stored only in the app's private storage on your iPhone and is included in your own encrypted device backups (iCloud or computer) if you use them. It is controlled entirely by Apple's backup system, not by us.

Camera and photo library

If you choose to add a photo to an exercise, the app asks permission to use your camera or photo library. Photos you select are saved only in the app's local storage to illustrate your exercises. They are never uploaded or shared by the app.

Notifications

The app schedules local notifications on your device to remind you to do your exercises. These are generated and delivered entirely on your device. No notification content is sent to or through any server.

Exporting your data

The app includes an optional Export feature that writes your exercises to a file. If you use it, you choose where that file goes (for example Files or AirDrop). Anything you do with an exported file afterwards is under your control; the app itself does not transmit it anywhere.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone, because we never receive it in the first place.

Children's privacy

The app does not collect data from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
