Video

  • A large tv screen on a stand (minimum 70′, but depends on audience size).
  • A projector + screen is acceptable if bright enough for stage use (min. 5,000 lumens) placed well. Please confirm with Charlie before choosing this option.
  • An HDMI cable that can run from one of Charlie’s computers to the screen. This means the screen must have HDMI input.

Audio

  • A wireless headset that is not too big, DPA or Countryman preferred. A second wireless headset if Charlie is working with an assistant.
  • 3× stereo 3.5 mm (mini-jack) outputs needed:
    • Laptop 1 (music) → 3.5 mm mini-jack cable to stereo DI → 2× XLR to FOH.
    • Laptop 2 (sound effects) → 3.5 mm mini-jack cable to stereo DI → 2× XLR to FOH.
    • Furhat robot (voice playback) → 3.5 mm mini-jack cable to stereo DI (with ground lift/isolator recommended) → 2× XLR to FOH.

Power

  • Standard 230 V power (can also work with US power, but need to know in advance), 2x extension cables, one located back-left stage, one back-right stage.

Stage

  • Raked seating is preferred. If seating is flat, please discuss with Charlie — sightlines must allow audience to see the robot dog, which performs at knee level.

Other

  • A normal X-shaped keyboard stand.
  • Large table or desk with black cloth, approx. 120 × 70 cm (similar to IKEA standard desk size). Height ~73 cm.
  • High bar table, >100 cm tall. Round (≥65 cm Ø) or square (≥65 cm side). Must be stable.
